The Caistor Neighbourhood Plan paints a vision for hte future of the town and sets our planning policies to relise the vision. These policies are focused on the key issues and areas of concern that we have identified through previous public consultation
Vision statements
The vision statements were developed from the previous studies of work reviewing the future opportunities for the town. This has resulted in 6 visiion statements across eight key issues.
Community Aspirations
Is is acknowledged that not all ambitions in the Neighbourhood Plan can be delivered through the planning policy. The consultation process identified a number of issues that are important to the community and should therefore be delivered as aspirations through this plan period and beyond.
