This paper sets out a number of challenges faced by the NHS in south west London. We have been talking to local people about these challenges and how we might tackle them for the last three years and we want to work with you to build an NHS that is truly fit for the 21st century. We want patients to have the same high quality care wherever they access services and we want to create safe and sustainable services that meet the needs of a population that is changing
